How it runs
01
Thirty minutes by phone or video, free and with no commitment. We list what eats your time and what is overdue.
02
Precise scope, deliverables, cadence and monthly fee. A clear document you can compare and turn down.
03
Shared access, written procedures and a first review after fifteen days. You keep the decisions, we hold the execution.
Who you deal with
You will not be speaking to a call centre, and you will not be dealing with a one man band either. Jean-Christian Girerd runs Acton Brothers London and its subsidiary Djeeling Group, with a team and local contacts at each of our four bases. Ten years of front office in boutique and four star hotels, in London then Paris, taught him what a properly run service demands.
Every engagement is also backed by qualified legal and financial professionals, lawyers, accountants and tax advisers, selected in the relevant country. We never act in their place: we choose them, we coordinate them and we spare you the running of it.
You keep one point of contact, who knows your file from end to end, in French or in English.
Frequent questions
A fixed monthly fee, set after the scoping call, based on real volume and the agreed cadence. No surprise hourly billing at month end. The quote is written and firm.
No. The agreement rolls month to month, with one month notice on both sides. If the work does not suit you, you stop.
A confidentiality agreement is signed before any access is granted. Exchanges go through your own tools where you have them, with named access you can revoke at any time. No document is retained after the engagement ends, apart from legal obligations.
No. We do not keep the books and we do not produce statutory accounts. We prepare the documents and act as the interface, which reduces the time billed by your firm.
Mostly remotely, which is what makes the fixed fee possible. On site meetings are available in Paris, Brussels and Belgrade, and occasionally elsewhere depending on the engagement.
