Data collected
The site collects only the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
- Full name
- Company
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Nature of your request and the content of your message
The host also records technical connection logs, for security and service reliability purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle your request, to contact you and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Processing is based on pre contractual steps taken at your request, and on the publisher's legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Your data is never sold, rented, or used for unsolicited marketing.
Recipients and processors
Requests are handled by the group's management. Site hosting and form reception are provided by Netlify, Inc., established in the United States, acting as a processor. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for three years from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the statutory retention periods applicable to accounting and commercial records.
Cookies and trackers
This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no analytics tool. Your browser only stores, in local storage, the language you selected: this stays on your device and allows no identification.
If an analytics tool or advertising conversion tracking were added, this policy would be updated and your consent would be collected beforehand.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to jcgm@actonbrotherslondon.com setting out your request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the CNIL in France, the Data Protection Authority in Belgium, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to received enquiries is protected by a personal account with two factor authentication.
