We prepare the files and we go with you. Points of law are handled by partner lawyers, whom we bring in when the file calls for it.

Concierge service and household management

For the owner who is not there all year round.

• Opening and closing the residence, preparation before arrival
• Coordinating contractors: cleaning, gardening, works and repairs
• Receiving mail, deliveries and tradespeople while you are away
• Arranging stays, bookings and everyday household matters

• Both sides’ intentions established before any introduction is made
• Confidentiality: the file is handed over in person, with a discretion agreement if you wish

Our part is the introduction and the discretion around it. The transaction itself is conducted by a licensed property professional, whom we introduce you to.

Registered address and setting up

For the French-speaking entrepreneur settling outside their home country.

• Commercial address in the chosen country, with a real physical presence
• Mail reception, scanning and forwarding
• Support with registration and local formalities
• Introductions to French-speaking local accountants and lawyers

In Belgrade, where we keep an office, the address is our own and the mail is collected on site. Compliance first: we only support set-ups that rest on real activity in the chosen country. Tax questions are for the local advisers we introduce you to.
