Hotel front desk support · Antibes and around

A reinforcement you can trust, at the front desk.

A professional trained in front desk work, arrivals and cash handling, for a rush, an absence or a whole season. You book a person, not an agency: one contact, one booking.

  • Ten years on the front desk of townhouse and four star hotels, in London and Paris
  • By the day, the week or the season, as you need
  • Hotels, residences and seasonal rental owners
  • French and English, Opera and Medialog picked up without training
  • A correspondent on the spot, Laura Landeau, reachable directly

Where this comes from

Ten years behind a front desk

This is not a temping agency sending whoever is free. It is a trade practised for ten years, in London and then in Paris, in houses where the welcome is the product.

Hazlitt’s, Soho, London

2014 to 2017

  • Front desk of a thirty room townhouse hotel, international guests, round the clock service.

Hôtel Doisy, Paris

2017 to 2018

  • Reception and cash desk, bookings handled in Opera and Medialog.

Hôtel Rose Bourbon, Paris

2019

  • Pre-opening team: setting up the front desk and the welcome procedures.

On the spot

Laura Landeau, your correspondent in Antibes

Laura Landeau looks after the properties of Antibes, Juan-les-Pins and the Cap. She takes your request, confirms the dates and calls you back if anything changes. You do not have to go through London to book a shift.

For a question of substance, a large volume or a whole season, the group’s management takes over from London.

Frequently asked questions

What properties ask us first

How soon can you come?

Forty-eight hours for a single day, a week for a planned period. In July and August, give us as much notice as you can: availability goes quickly.

How do you charge?

By the day, the week or the season, on a quotation issued after our conversation. The rate depends on the shift, the duration and the post. It is agreed before the first shift, never after.

Do you work outside Antibes?

Antibes, Juan-les-Pins and the Cap for a single day. Beyond that, from Cannes to Nice, for a week or more, so that the travel stays reasonable for everyone.

Who turns up at the property?

A person named in advance, whom you know before they arrive. No last minute substitution by someone you were not expecting.
